Your travels

I have been to Many countries through and organization called People to People. I went on these trips for the experience because this was a governmental group so they did so many things that if I would have done myself it would have been twice as much in cost. I love to travel so that was my man motivation because it was my way of traveling outside of the US.

Why travel?

Huberman stated, "I'll be exposed to new ways of doing and seeing things. It will be good for me." Through her travels an experience that suck with her was when she wanted to throw away her plastic bottle but there was no trash cans anywhere in India, and the time she was molested and the law enforcement beat guy to get him to confess. Her reason for travel at the end was now, " not that it gave me a chance to see novel things. Travel gave me a chance to look with new eyes on familiar things."

Why travel top ten

From the list of ten reasons, pick three that would be the most important to you and explain why.

1. It teaches you about the world- I think this is important because it will help people understand why things that are happening globally could affect us here in the US. Whether that be the increase of goods or fuel, or their religion or laws.

2. Teaches you about yourself- When traveling you can find yourself part of you didn't know existed because I think everyone should know exactly who they are so they don't feel like they need to hide from the world to have the maximum happiness.

3. The gain of useful knowledge - You can learn how to make certain foods, better ways to communicate effectively, and how to be more open minded to others.

Why should young people travel?

Comment on Peterson's arguments for why young people should travel. What are the six reasons, and can you think of more?

1. You'll Get Out of Your Comfort Zone.

2. Traveling Builds Confidence

3. You Will Develop Cultural Sensitivity

4. You Can Adapt to Globalization

5. Be Immersed in a Second (or)Third Language

6. Infinite Opportunities to Network

I think she got everything I could think of.

Why don't Americans travel?

What are some reasons why Americans don't travel. Some reasons Americans don't travel are Skepticism and ignorance, work culture, cost and logistics, cultural and geographical diversity.

Self-imposed Isolation?

Each of us lives in varying degrees of isolation from the rest of the world. This isolation is both happenstance and self-imposed. If we are born in an isolated part of the world with few opportunities to travel, we will likely lead an isolated existence. Self-imposed isolation occurs when have many opportunities to see other parts of the world but choose to spend our time and resources in one tiny area. We isolate ourselves because we are afraid or uncomfortable in other parts of the world.

Lives of Isolations mean they don't like to leave there "homes." My grandpa was a great example of this. He before he left from war once he got back, he never left the State he even thought it was unnecessary to live my little home time of a thousand people. Many people from my hometown think this way too.

Passports

This distribution shows that people along the in Midwest and Southern States the lowest amount of passport and the people along the coast have a higher population with passports. This could be because of the more diverse the population is. The passport ownership indicates of a more adventurous population.
